Why We Started
AAmazingtabs began with a simple observation: sponsors were spending their first sessions with a new sponsee just setting up the Big Book — placing tabs, highlighting passages, organizing the text. That's time that should be spent doing the actual work.
So we fixed it. We created a system of 144 laminated, pre-labeled tabs and color-highlighted text that turns the AA Big Book into a ready-to-use study guide from the moment you it.
Why Tabbed & Highlighted?
144 laminated, pre-labeled tabs put every Step, Prayer and Promise one flip away, and color highlighting marks the passages sponsors point to again and again — so a newcomer can the book on Day 1 and follow along, and a sponsor can spend the first session on the Steps instead of setting up the book.
A Tool Born from Experience
Every book we sell arrives the same way: tabs already in place, highlighted in color, ready on Day 1. We're a women-owned, family-run AA sobriety store in Southern California, and every copy we send out is something we'd be proud to hand to a newcomer ourselves.
