1. What We Collect

• When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it), what you bought, and any note you add. We need this to fill and ship your order.

• When you join our email list: your email address, and your name if you give it.

• When you contact us: your email address and what you write to us.

• When you browse: like most websites, the Site automatically collects basic technical information, such as your browser and device type, IP address, the pages you visit and how you found the Site. This is collected with cookies and similar tools (see the Cookie Policy below).

2. Payments

Payments are processed at checkout by Stripe (credit and debit cards and the other options shown at checkout) and by PayPal (including Venmo where PayPal offers it). They handle your card or account details under their own privacy policies. We do not see or store your full card number.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To fill, ship and track your order, deliver digital downloads, and send order emails.

• To answer your questions and handle returns.

• To send our email newsletter and offers, only if you signed up.

• To help prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.

• To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it and measure our ads.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent out our email list.

4. Services That Help Us Run the Store

We share information only with the services that help us run the store:

• Wix: hosts the Site, our store and checkout, and stores order information.

• Stripe and PayPal: process payments.

• USPS and FedEx: deliver your order.

• Omnisend: sends our emails (and text messages, if you opted in).

• Google Analytics, Google Ads and Ahrefs Web Analytics: help us understand Site traffic and measure our ads.

If you find us on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Etsy or Amazon, those platforms collect information under their own privacy policies. We may also share information when the law requires it.

5. Emails and How to Unsubscribe

Every marketing email has an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom. Click it and you will stop getting marketing emails. You can also email info@aamazingtabs.com and ask us to take you off the list. You will still get emails about orders you place.

6. Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@aamazingtabs.com. We may need to keep some order records for tax and accounting. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have other rights under local law.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep order information for our business and tax records. We keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) by websites that you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to the owners of the site.

How We Use Cookies

Our website, which is hosted on the Wix platform, uses cookies for several important reasons:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for our Site to function properly. They enable core functions like security, shopping cart functionality, and user login. Without these cookies, the Site would not work correctly.

This information is used to improve the overall user experience and performance of our Site.

• Advertising Cookies: These cookies are used to deliver advertisements more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign.

We also use third-party services that may use cookies. For example, our website is built using Wix, and they use cookies for their platform's functionality. We also use analytics tools like Google Analytics, which set cookies to help us analyze web traffic.

• View Cookies: You can view the cookies stored on your device and delete them individually.

• Block Cookies: You can set your browser to refuse to accept all or certain types of cookies.

Please note that if you choose to block or delete cookies, some parts of our Site may not function as intended. For more information on how to manage cookies in your specific browser, you can typically find a "Help" section in the browser's menu.
